KARDASHIAN TARGETED:A tax group is targeting Kim Kardashian. A new online video campaign is claiming the reality star only pays a percentage point more in taxes than the average person living in California. Kardashian reportedly made $12 million in 2010 and paid out just over ten percent to Uncle Sam while the typical California resident made $47,000 and paid just over 9-percent. The campaign is being used to bring attention to a proposed November ballot initiative to raise taxes on the wealthiest Californians.

BLOOMBERG & GAGA:Mayor Bloomberg is still going Gaga over his New Years Eve lip-lock with Lady Gaga. Reports say the mayor continues to gush over the kiss with the pop star. When asked about the magical moment yesterday, Bloomberg called Lady Gaga charming before quickly changing the subject. Despite the smooch, the mayor says he prefers to kiss his current girlfriend Diana Taylor.

MELANIE AMARO RECORD DEAL:The winner of FOXS The X Factor -- has signed a record deal. Melanie Amaro signed a $5 million contract with Epic records. That was her prize for winning the competition. Epic is run by L.A. Reid -- a judge on the wildly popular show. Reid says theyve only scratched the suce of Amaros talent. And, get this -- besides the big record deal, she will also star in a Pepsi commercial -- that will air during the Super Bowl.
