The group tries to illustrate the disparity by pointing out in the video that Kardashian paid 10.3 percent tax on the $12 million she made in 2010, compared to the 9.3 percent those with a middle class income of $47,000 paid out.

Thats not OK, the group says, especially when budget cuts are decimating schools and critical programs for children, the elderly, and the disabled.

Supporters of the initiative say it would give the Golden State a $6 billion boost to funnel towards the aforementioned causes.

The ad concludes, proclaiming, Not everyone was born a Kardashian, but we all need to pay our ir share.

The Kardashian rep did not respond to the APs request for a comment regarding the political ad.

Kim Kardashian Wants To Simplify Her Life

back to paying more for more $ earned. ur kid uses the same bathroom at school as the homeless kid does

that is paying less taxes- lets charge ur kid more to pee. mils use private school & pay for their own bathroom

why should millionaires pay more- minus public figures- most prob live in gated communities with extra

security & dont involve extra police, they use the same roads, parks, etc u do- so they pay more for it?

for you business write off people- i have my own business & so i write off my insurance & cell bills that i pay

how many of u with company paid ins/cell/vacay/etc... add that in to ur total income & pay taxes on it. freebies.

lots of organizations are funded by donations. so your millionaires have less $ means less donations. the

boys & girls club (ex plus more) & ran mainly on donations. how many of these will be shut down?

Ok so kim pays and extra $1.2mil in taxes- how many of her staff does she lay off? at $50k each (high x)

that is 24 people unemployed. now multiply that by all the millionaires in cali.

Im with those who want a Flat Tax. One tax for everyone, no loopholes. Hate her or lover her, Kim K has earned her millions by doing what she loves (even if its mewhoring). These people want to punish successful people.

I completely agree with the Flat Tax concept as it would eliminate all the ambiguities of the variable taxes this country is so accustomed to.
